RiseWithMe is a platform that makes professional growth simple by offering anonymous, data-rich 360° feedback surveys and personalized development insights. Our platform helps individuals and organizations gather structured feedback to drive meaningful growth and improvement.

RiseWithMe is designed for:

  2. Click Sign in with LinkedIn (this simplifies login—no new passwords to remember)

  4. You're ready to start!

Creating a Survey

Launching your first survey is simple:

  1. From your dashboard, click the Launch Survey button
  2. Personalize your survey title and introduction
  3. Add respondents from different roles (manager, peers, direct reports)
  4. Review and click Launch

Your survey will be sent to all respondents automatically with personalized links.

Currently, English is fully supported. Support for other major languages including Spanish, French, German, and Mandarin is under development and will be released in the coming months.

Our free Starter surveys use a fixed set of evidence‑based leadership competencies—this ensures the benchmarks you receive are statistically valid.

Inviting Respondents

We recommend inviting 15–20 respondents for optimal results:

  • This provides enough data for meaningful insights
  • Ensures anonymity across different role categories
  • Accounts for typical response rates (70-80%)

Minimum requirement: At least 3 external contacts. Note that roles with fewer than 3 completed responses will be aggregated into an "Other" category in your report to maintain anonymity.

No. Respondents receive a unique magic link via email that opens the survey directly in their browser—no login required.

For added convenience, respondents can create an account if they wish to:

  • Save their progress
  • Resume the survey later
  • Access past surveys they've completed

Anonymity is central to our platform. We ensure it through:

  • Never showing individual responses—only aggregated results
  • Automatically merging role groups with fewer than 3 responses
  • Not storing IP addresses or device information
  • Using randomized response ordering in reports
  • Filtering out identifying information from text responses

Yes! You can add additional respondents at any time before your survey deadline:

  1. Go to your survey dashboard
  2. Click "Manage Invitations"
  3. Select "Add Invitees"
  4. Enter their information and send invitations

New invitees will receive the same deadline as your original group.


Completing a Survey

Most respondents complete a standard RiseWithMe survey in 15-20 minutes.

The survey includes:

  • Rating questions (scale of 1-5)
  • Choice questions
  • Optional open-ended feedback questions

Respondents can see their progress as they move through the survey.

Yes, with two options:

  1. With an account: Sign in with LinkedIn before starting the survey to automatically save your progress. You can resume exactly where you left off at any time before the deadline.

  2. Without an account: We cannot save progress for security and privacy reasons. If you need to pause, keep the browser tab open or bookmark the unique survey URL to return later.

Survey links automatically expire after the deadline has passed. If your link has expired:

  • As a respondent: Contact the survey creator to request an extension
  • As a survey creator: You can extend the deadline from your dashboard by clicking "Manage Survey" and selecting "Extend Deadline"

Note that deadlines cannot be extended for surveys that have already been completed and analyzed.


Results & Reports

Your feedback report becomes available when:

  1. The survey deadline has passed, AND
  2. At least three respondents have completed the survey

You'll receive an email notification when your report is ready, and it will appear in the "Survey Results" section of your dashboard.

RiseWithMe uses several methods to analyze your feedback:

  • Rating and Choice questions: Responses are averaged by category and role group
  • Open-ended responses: Grouped by leadership competency and analyzed for theme

By default, only you can access your feedback report. You maintain complete control over who sees your feedback.

Your feedback reports remain available in your account indefinitely. You can:

  • Download PDF versions for offline storage
  • Compare results across multiple surveys over time

Account Management

To delete your account:

  1. Go to "Profile Settings"
  2. Scroll to the bottom and select "Delete Account"
  3. Confirm your decision

This will permanently remove your account and all associated data within 30 days, in accordance with our data retention policy.
