A thought experiment for anyone who’s ever meant to reflect—but didn’t You told yourself you'd do something with your 360.
But then your inbox exploded.
Your Slack pinged.
You had back-to-backs.
And now it’s three weeks later, and the feedback that was supposed to make you better is just… buried.
Sound familiar?
You want to grow—but you’re tired.
You’re not looking for another framework, worksheet, or 35-question self-assessment.

We’re Building Toward This. But We’re Still Figuring It Out.
And honestly? We don’t have all the answers. But we believe feedback doesn’t need to be painful. Growth shouldn’t feel like homework. And development tools shouldn’t make you feel like a project.
We’re curious: Can we design something better—together?
👇 Drop your thoughts in the comments. Be honest. Be bold. Be messy. We’re listening (and taking notes).
We’re building this in public. Imperfectly. With purpose. Let’s rethink growth—one small nudge at a time.
